Assess patients' health conditions and develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical information.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and DOH standards.
Requirements:
Valid DOH license or DOH eligibility.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
