Salary Range:
AED 3,500 - AED 5000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a clinical setting.
Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors with examinations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
Ensure a sterile, safe, and child-friendly environment.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 3 to 5
years
of proven experience in Pediatrics. Experience in NICU or PICU is a significant advantage.
Candidates must possess their own valid UAE residence visa
Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of pediatric nursing principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to comfort and connect with children.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
