We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive home healthcare services in Dubai, including home-based lab sample collection, IV therapy, wound care, doctor on-call assistance, and patient monitoring. The role demands clinical competence, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach to deliver professional care in the comfort of the patient's home.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform home blood sample collections and coordinate with laboratory services.
Administer IV drips, injections, and medication management.
Assist doctors during Doctor on Call home visits.
Monitor and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, glucose monitoring, etc.).
Wound care and dressing changes as prescribed.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and post-procedure care.
Ensure infection control protocols and maintain patient safety standards.
Manage emergency care situations calmly and escalate critical cases.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care and lab reports.
Support in preparing reports for DHA and internal audits.
Work Schedule:
5 Days per Week
12-Hour Shifts (Day/Night rotation as per duty roster)
Willingness to work weekends and holidays if assigned.
Qualifications
:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
DHA License / DHA Eligibility Letter (or willing to apply).
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).
Proficient in phlebotomy (blood sample collection) and IV therapy.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month.
Overtime compensation (if applicable).
Visa and licensing process assistance by the employer.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Currently residing in UAE (immediate joiners preferred).
Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
