to join our Home Healthcare team. The nurse will provide direct patient care at home, ensuring safe, high-quality, and professional nursing services tailored to each patient's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes (wound care, injections, IV therapy, catheter care, vital signs monitoring, vaccinations etc.).
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Perform patient assessments and document progress accurately.
Educate patients and families on health management and post-hospital care.
Collaborate with doctors and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to healthcare standards and protocols.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferably with spouse visa.
Valid
MOH / DHA / DOH license
OR eligibility letter.
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (home healthcare experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered, and professional.
Flexibility to travel to patient homes.
