Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
Monitor and record patient health conditions and vital signs
Administer medications and follow prescribed treatment plans
Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
Educate patients and families on care plans and medical needs
Ensure patient safety and follow all home-care standards
Respond promptly to emergencies and report abnormalities
Build trust and rapport with patients and their families
Requirements:
DHA License or Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Willing to work flexible hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
