City Doctor is hiring an experienced and patient-focused
Registered Nurse
with
DHA eligibility
. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting physicians, and ensuring a safe, compassionate patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care & Clinical Support
Perform initial patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and presenting complaints.
Monitor and record patient condition, progress, and response to treatment.
Administer medications and injections as per physician's orders and ensure safe dosage.
Assist physicians during clinical procedures, minor surgeries, and examinations.
Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
Observe for adverse reactions to medications and treatments, and report to physicians promptly.
2. Documentation & Reporting
Accurately document all nursing assessments, care provided, and changes in condition in EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to documentation standards as per DHA guidelines.
Prepare medical charts and reports required for physician review and insurance processing.
3. Infection Control & Safety
Comply with infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of equipment, instruments, and patient care areas.
Participate in maintaining the hygiene and safety standards of the clinical environment.
Use appropriate PPE and monitor stock of nursing supplies and medications.
4. Patient Education & Communication
Educate patients and family members about diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.
Provide emotional support and guidance, especially to anxious or distressed patients.
Clearly explain procedures and ensure patient understanding before carrying them out.
Facilitate smooth patient flow through effective triage and time management.
5. Administrative & Operational Support
Coordinate patient appointments, lab tests, and follow-ups as needed.
Monitor stock levels of nursing supplies and notify the concerned department for reorders.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and internal audits.
Support training and mentoring of new nurses or interns as required.
Requirements:
DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License

Mandatory
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (with UAE equivalency for diploma holders)
Minimum
3 years of clinical experience
(UAE experience is an advantage)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred)
Familiarity with EMR systems and clinic operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
