We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatment protocols to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Perform procedures such as tube feeding, venipuncture, suture application, and specimen collection processing.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding treatment options and preventive care.
Ensure adherence to sterile processing protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients.
Monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary based on clinical evaluations.
Participate in trauma medicine response when required, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
Experience
Candidates should have the following skills and experience:
Proficiency in tube feeding techniques and suture application.
Experience with venipuncture and specimen collection processing.
Knowledge of sterile processing standards in healthcare settings.
Strong patient assessment skills with the ability to identify changes in patient conditions promptly.
Experience or familiarity with pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
Background in trauma medicine is advantageous.
Familiarity with CT (Computed Tomography) procedures is a plus.
