Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with care plans
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations accurately
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform wound care, injections, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, and health management
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with legal and organisational standards
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality protocols
Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and their families
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns when required
Required Qualifications and Experience
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Minimum 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience (homecare experience preferred)
Current CPR / BLS certification
Knowledge of homecare practices, patient safety, and clinical standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
