We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
Provide comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Assess patient conditions and develop personalised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Support patients through education about their health conditions and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatments in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
Assist in training new staff or interns as required, sharing expertise in anatomy knowledge and patient care procedures.
Experience
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse within a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessment and treatment planning.
Prior experience delivering patient-centred care with excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
