Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse to join our Ear Care Medical Center team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of patience, empathy, and professionalism, and be capable of providing exceptional care to our patients. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure efficient and effective operations within our center.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with ear-related conditions. Maintain patient records accurately using basic computer skills. Ensure all patient care areas and equipment are properly disinfected and sterilized according to procedures. Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure the highest standard of patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and care procedures. Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Facilitate insurance process and approval for patient treatments.

Requirements:

Education

: Diploma in Nursing (Required)

Skills

:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records. Awareness of insurance processes and approval procedures. Good hand skills with IV injection and IV cannula. Good knowledge about disinfection and sterilization procedures.

Experience

: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse (Required)

: Proficiency in English (Required)

License/Certification

: Valid DHA License (Required)
