Job Overview:
The role is responsible for providing and maintaining a high standard of individualized nursing care to patients and their family members according to current best-evidence based standards, using best judgement at all times in alignment with Dubai Health Authority and organization policies, procedures, guidelines and standards. Responsibilities:

• Conduct Initial Nursing Assessments: Perform thorough patient evaluations according to clinical guidelines and facilitate necessary medical referrals.
• Provide Holistic Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care while considering cultural and socioeconomic factors.
• Administer Medications & Treatments: Manage and administer medications, including vaccines, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Ensure Patient Safety & Best Practices: Promote a safe healthcare environment by following clinical guidelines, policies, and best evidence-based practices.
• Utilize & Maintain Medical Equipment & Supplies: Efficiently manage clinical equipment, material resources, and medical store monitoring.
• Document & Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and accurate records, escalate care when needed, and facilitate seamless patient transitions.
• Educate & Support Patients and Families: Implement patient education plans from admission to discharge, ensuring safety, care management, and preventive health measures.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years' experience post qualification
• Current Nursing license in country of origin
• Holder of Dubai Health Authority Medical License
• Have Basic Life Support (BLS)
