Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified

Male Nurse

to provide first aid, emergency care, and occupational health support at our construction site. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by responding to medical incidents, managing minor injuries, promoting wellness, and supporting compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

first aid and emergency medical care

for injuries and illnesses on site. Assess and treat minor injuries (e.g., cuts, abrasions, sprains) and refer serious cases to appropriate medical facilities. Maintain

accurate medical records

and incident reports. Monitor and promote

occupational health and hygiene standards

. Conduct routine

health checks

, such as blood pressure, temperature, and wellness assessments. Support

health and safety training

, including toolbox talks and awareness sessions. Keep the

medical supplies

well-stocked and compliant with local regulations. Assist in evaluating health risks and recommend preventive measures. Respond to

emergencies

, including accidents, heat stroke, dehydration, and other worksite health concerns. Coordinate with

emergency services

when required. Report regularly to the site manager or HSE officer regarding site health trends and incidents.

Qualifications:

Licensed

Registered Nurse (RN)

or equivalent nursing certification.

HAAD License Nurse

Minimum

2 years of clinical experience

; prior experience in

occupational health or industrial/construction settings

preferred. Valid

First Aid and CPR certification

. Knowledge of

OSHA

(or local safety standards) is an asset. Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of a construction environment. Good communication, observation, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Working Conditions:

Based on active construction site. May involve shift work, rotational schedule, or long hours. Exposure to outdoor elements and site hazards (protective equipment provided).
