Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse III to deliver high-quality, individualized care to patients in perioperative, acute care, or intensive care settings. Reporting to the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager, the RN III is responsible for ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practices and actively contributes to staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans. Deliver advanced clinical nursing in perioperative, acute, and intensive care units. Administer medications and assist in specialized procedures. Promote a patient-centered approach considering cultural and social factors. Ensure accurate documentation and maintain continuity of care through effective communication. Support patient and family education from admission to discharge. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize care needs and escalate as necessary.
Qualifications

Education
:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
:Minimum of 3 years post-qualification nursing experience.
Preferably with experience in specialized care and acute hospital settings.
Licensure
:Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license.
