Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse III to deliver high-quality, individualized care to patients in perioperative, acute care, or intensive care settings. Reporting to the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager, the RN III is responsible for ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practices and actively contributes to staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years post-qualification nursing experience.
Preferably with experience in specialized care and acute hospital settings.
Licensure:
Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans.
- Deliver advanced clinical nursing in perioperative, acute, and intensive care units.
- Administer medications and assist in specialized procedures.
- Promote a patient-centered approach considering cultural and social factors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain continuity of care through effective communication.
- Support patient and family education from admission to discharge.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prioritize care needs and escalate as necessary.
Education:
