A leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Registered Nurse for a full-time homecare role. The position involves delivering personalized nursing care to patients at their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon referral and identify nursing care needs.
Care Planning:
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the patient's condition.
Nursing Interventions:
Provide complete nursing care including feeding, diaper changes, skin and oral hygiene, medication administration, wound and PEG site care, and assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
Monitoring & Documentation:
Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, medications, nutrition, hydration, urine characteristics, and bowel movements.
Emergency Response:
Respond immediately to changes in patient condition and document accordingly.
Coordination:
Work closely with General Practitioners, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Equipment & Supplies Management:
Ensure proper use of medical equipment and timely arrangement of necessary supplies or medications.
Hospital Assistance:
Support patients during hospital visits or admissions as needed.
Patient Safety:
Prioritize the safety and well-being of all patients during homecare services.
Documentation:
Maintain clear, complete, and error-free service documentation.
Education:
Educate patients, caregivers, and families about infection control and general health promotion.
Patient Rights:
Respect and uphold patient rights and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Compliance:
Follow all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HAAD, DAMAN, and labor guidelines.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Valid nursing license from home country.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
Valid DOH (Department of Health) License.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
