Job Vacancy: Registered Nurse - Home Care

Requirements:



Valid DOH (Department of Health) License.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred).

Excellent clinical, communication, and patient care skills.

Compassionate, responsible, and professional.

Ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

Monitor and document patients' health status and progress.

Administer medications and assist with daily activities.

Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care
