We are looking for skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide patient care in home settings.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients at home.
Monitor and record vital signs, administer medications, and follow care plans.
Assist with daily activities and rehabilitation needs.
Communicate with doctors and family members about patient progress.
Keep proper documentation and ensure compliance with health standards.
Requirements:
Nursing Degree/Diploma
Valid DOH/DHA/MOH license or eligibility
Minimum 1-2 years of experience (home care experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills, caring attitude, and ability to work independently
