Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including monitoring vital signs and identifying any changes in patient conditions.Care Planning:
Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs and medical conditions.Medication Administration:
Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for potential side effects.Wound Care and Medical Procedures:
Perform advanced nursing tasks such as wound dressing, IV therapy, catheter care, and injections.Health Education:
Educate patients and families about disease management, medication use, and healthy lifestyle practices.Emergency Response:
Act promptly in medical emergencies, providing first aid or resuscitation if necessary.Collaboration:
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and updates.Infection Control:
Adhere to strict infection control practices to protect patients and caregivers.Emotional Support:
Provide compassionate care and emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.Candidate Requirements
? Certification in nursing or healthcare assistance
? DOH license or eligibility letter (mandatory)
? Experience in home care or elder care (preferred)
? Strong interpersonal and patient care skills
