Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals providing home care services. The ideal candidate will have a valid DOH License/Eligibility and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Valid DOH License/Eligibility
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
