Job Description

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to the patient's health needs while ensuring compliance with HAAD/DOH regulations and the facility's policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care and health education to patients in their home environment. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and document patients' vital signs, progress, and responses to treatment. Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and family members to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HAAD/DOH standards. Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, hygiene, medication, and lifestyle adaptation. Manage medical emergencies appropriately and report critical changes in patient condition immediately. Ensure proper infection control and safety measures are maintained at all times. Participate in staff meetings, in-service training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Valid

HAAD/DOH license

(Abu Dhabi Department of Health). Minimum

2 years of clinical nursing experience

, preferably in home care or hospital setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and compassion. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an asset.
