Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and supporting patients and their families to ensure comfort, safety, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to patients at home in accordance with medical instructions and care plans. Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and report any changes to the physician or healthcare team. Administer prescribed medications, injections, and other medical treatments. Assist patients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily activities as needed. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and care procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home care environment.
Requirements:
Valid nursing license [specify: RN, DHA/MOH/HAAD license if applicable]. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)in Dubai. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, patience, and dedication to patient well-being. Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly.
