Job Summary:

We are hiring a compassionate and experienced

Registered Nurse (RN)

for

home health care services

across

Dubai

. The ideal candidate must be

DHA licensed

(or hold a DHA Eligibility Letter) and have a background in

ICU and/or pediatric nursing

. This role involves providing high-quality, individualized care to patients in their homes, including medically complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a home setting, adhering to individualized care plans. Monitor and manage patients with chronic conditions, post-surgical needs, or critical care requirements (e.g., ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube). Provide specialized pediatric care including medication administration, feeding, hygiene, and developmental support. Educate and support patients' families on disease management and home care practices. Respond promptly to medical emergencies, escalating care when necessary. Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in line with DHA and organizational standards. Comply with all home care protocols, safety standards, and infection control measures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).

DHA License

or

Eligibility Letter

(mandatory). Minimum

2-3 years of nursing experience

, with

ICU or Pediatric

experience preferred. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and critical care monitoring. Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse home environments. Valid UAE driving license (preferred or required depending on employer setup). Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tracheostomy care, ventilators, PEG feeding, or other advanced nursing procedures. Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification. EMR or digital documentation skills. Empathy, professionalism, and family-centered care approach.
