The Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis is responsible for providing safe, high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. The role involves patient assessment, dialysis procedure management, patient education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
Administer dialysis treatments in accordance with established clinical protocols and physician orders
Monitor patients' vital signs, fluid balance, and response to treatment, promptly identifying and reporting abnormalities
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot dialysis machines and related equipment
Maintain strict infection control and patient safety standards
Administer prescribed medications and document nursing care accurately in medical records
Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures, treatment plans, and self-care practices
Respond effectively to emergencies and complications related to dialysis
Collaborate with nephrologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and quality assurance guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Valid Registered Nurse license (DHA or eligibility as per facility requirements)
Certification or training in Dialysis Nursing preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a dialysis unit or nephrology setting (preferred)
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-acuity clinical environments

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
