Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Assess and record patients' symptoms, medical histories, and progress. Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment. Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document responses. Collaborative Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Care Plan Evaluation: Continuously evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary. Emotional & Educational Support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Educate them on conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare. Documentation: Accurately document all aspects of patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards. Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care, following infection control and safety protocols. Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities to stay updated on healthcare advancements. Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery. Qualifications: Education: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Nursing or equivalent. Licensing: Valid nursing license as per the location's regulations. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Skills: Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
