About the Client:
MPLOYIN is hiring on behalf of one of Dubai's premium hospitals, recognized for delivering world-class maternity and healthcare services. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Registered Midwife
to join their dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, evidence-based antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to women and newborns. Support and monitor women during labor, delivery, and recovery. Assess maternal and fetal health, promptly identifying and managing complications. Deliver patient education and emotional support to mothers and families throughout the maternity journey. Administer medications and pain relief in line with hospital policies and physician directives. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Educate mothers on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum health.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery (mandatory). Must be a
Registered Midwife
with DHA license/eligibility. Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or maternity care setting. Strong decision-making skills and ability to act swiftly in emergencies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach. Culturally sensitive and patient-centered care mindset.Job Type: Full-time
