Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Registered Male Nurse to join their team in Dibba Al-Fujairah, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in a variety of settings. The Registered Male Nurse will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Consult and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Perform routine procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Follow established standards and procedures and comply with all applicable laws
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Observe and record patient behavior
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor patient vital signs
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse license in the United Arab Emirates
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
