ABOUT NATION.BETTER Nation.better is UK\xe2\x80\x99s first B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for organisations who employ talent that require UK work visas, to make immigration support truly digital, sustainable and innovative, significantly disrupting existing traditional manual, expensive and highly administrative processes. We are looking for English-speaking General Nurses, who are ready to relocate to the UK. Assistance with relocation will be provided. Role: General Nurse Job description:
- Observe and assess patients
- Effect comprehensive nursing care plans for patients
- Administer treatments and medications
- Monitor and report symptoms and changes in patient status
- Collaborate with medical team on patient status
- Maintain complete and accurate patient records
- Prepare patients and assist with patient examinations and therapies
- Assist with diagnostic tests and evaluations
- Modify treatment plans where indicated
- Advise patients on health maintenance and preventative medicine
- Provide educational, emotional and psychological support to patients and family members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations
- Adhere to infection-control protocols
- Follow medication administration and storage procedures and regulations
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance of equipment operation and inventory
- Check and maintain nursing supplies inventory
- Registered with NMC UK
- Passed CBT exam
- Proven experience as a registered nurse
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- BSc or other diploma from a nursing program
- Valid nursing license
- Have you passed CBT exam?
- Are you willing to relocate to the UK?
- NMC (UK) registration (Required)
