Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and cleanings.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Manage dental materials and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions.
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays), as required.
Ensure the dental operatory is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards according to DHA guidelines.
Coordinate with the reception and administrative team for efficient patient flow.
Qualifications:
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
License:
Valid
DHA License
as a
Registered Nurse with Dental Experience.
(Required).
Experience:
Minimum of
2 years
in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and infection control practices.
Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
