Job Description

:

1.Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements

2.Determine course content according to objectives

3.Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)

4.Execute online training sessions in groups or individually

5.Arrange for and conduct on-site training in training base

6.Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.

7.Observe and evaluate results of training programs

8.Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Position Requirements:

1.Proven experience as technical trainer

2.EV/Hybrid technical knowledge and experience are required

3.Experience in designing technical courses

4.Outstanding English communication skills

5.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

6.Degree in a technical field is a plus

7.Priority would be given to personnel who were previously a Certified Technical Trainer.
