JOB TITLE Regional Training Manager REPORTING TO Brand Director LOCATION Dubai, UAE MAIN PURPOSE Define and roll-out the training strategy and action plan according to HQ guidelines and in coordination with HQ and market specific development needs. Define and execute training action plan for retail and wholesale sales staffs: deliver training, E-learning, Retail coaching follow-up, Ambassador Program\xe2\x80\xa6 Identify specific needs for improvement to enhance staff skills in line with market/network objectives. Share training practices and tools with HQ, and within the region, to guarantee message consistency and resource optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a Panerai expert
Be the reference in terms of knowledge on Panerai for all sales teams.
Learn and know Panerai history, creations, and on-going Brand activity to share with the local sales team.
Constant check of the competition environment: know the key players in the markets in terms of product offer and Piaget competitive advantage.
Be a Trainer
Plan, organize and coordinate all retail and wholesale trainings. All administration should be done on our internal tools
Train all teams on Panerai Brand, creations and know-how with the objective to teach how to sell to our clients.
Coach our sales teams:
Be present in the Boutiques to ensure learning and training dynamic.
Conduct role-play to ensure the sales speech is mastered according to the Panerai selling ceremony
Follow-up of sales trainings with team and Boutique managers to optimize Boutique performance.
Brand\xe2\x80\x99s ambition: Panerai regional/local trainings have to be professional, interactive and creative and innovative. Panerai trainings, in particular for wholesale, should be a reference on the market
Be a Learning & Development Manager
Based on guidelines provided by HQ, local HR and your commercial local strategy, you will:
Build your annual training program (novelties, e-training, collection launch, specific local).
Establish individual training path according to the needs (High end, watch expert, newcomers\xe2\x80\xa6).
Plan, consolidate and control the training budget at regional level and challenge cost / time / benefits on a quarterly basis
Share and exchange with Panerai HQ on local actions and expectations.
Propose and select external consultants to conduct specific trainings when necessary
Monitor quality of service provided by external consultants
Supports the Retail Performance
Identify high potential team members in retail teams (aspiring Boutique managers, aspiring High end sales ambassadors) and contribute to their personal development and growth in coordination with local retail managers
Analyze, propose and implement action plans to improve the performance of retail staff in coordination with retail managers and marketing teams (FTE performance on total sales, HJ, by product category, mystery shopping results
Monitors Mystery Shopping program result follow up and action plans
Contributes to formalizing and implement Individual development plans for key members of the retail community

PROFILE
A minimum of 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and proven track record in a training management position within the Luxury Goods, Services and hospitality industry
