Regional Technical Integration Specialist
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Regional Technical Integration Specialist based in Dubai.
The role will provide expert technical support to the deployment and ongoing maintenance of new and existing technical solutions and successful integration of key stakeholders and customer.
It also includes to support early stakeholder engagement (including importers, manufactures, supply chain) and provide expert technical training and onboarding.
Travel to customer sites as required in support of deployment, integration and support of the solution as required, possibly at short notice.
Clearly identify and capture issues identified during training, and following a pre-established prioritisation process formally feedback via appropriate process
Provide expert application support for bespoke solutions, ensuring adherence to incident and problem SLA/OLA via the service management tool
Responsible for the documentation and deployment of system and application change requests in accordance with formalised change management procedures.
Contribute to testing and support of proposed application changes throughout the change lifecycle.
The role is customer facing, therefore good interpersonal skills and ability to travel are essential.
Act as a point of escalation for technical issues.
