Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification. Our solutions are used in such areas as refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, power conversion, motor control, industrial machinery, automotive, marine, and off- and on-highway equipment. We also provide solutions for renewable energy, such as solar and wind power, as well as district-energy infrastructure for cities. We are looking for an experienced Regional Strategic Marketing Specialist for Danfoss Turkey, Middle East and Africa region. The position will be based in our office in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the market recognition of the Danfoss portfolio and help develop strategies to extend our expertise in providing solutions. Your main tasks include the evaluation of relevant opportunities with focus on Danfoss solution portfolio and growth opportunities. You will work with sales & marketing teams, industry & Government organizations, attend and contribute to events, network with members.

Job Responsibilities

You will set up meetings and discussions with stakeholders involved in promising opportunities and involve other members of the team to then develop details. Furthermore, you will work with the Marketing & Communication organization to develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, case studies, webinars, videos and technical papers. You will embed yourself in the country markets where opportunities are strongest in Turkey , Middle East, Africa & Central Asian Countries Other aspects of the work would involve

Strategic, neutral and unbiased analysis of short and medium-term market and industry trends
Supporting Regional Management Team on selected must-win*battles
Overseeing Public Affairs initiatives focusing on ESG Goals
Connecting Danfoss brand with Government, Trade Councils, World Economic Forum, NGO’s etc.

Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

University degree in Business Studies or related fields.
Highly organized mindset, high degree of self-motivation and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and time demands effectively
Very good command of English, French will be an extra advantage.
Good research skills and the ability to consolidate
Strong interview Skills
Proactive approach and strong commercial awareness
Outstanding study or work assignments, backed-up with side study projects
Is curious, and has a yearning to learn and develop
Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms
Strong mindset on how to leverage data analytics based on market analysis to improve
Decision making
Effective writing, communication and presentation skills
A can-do attitude with a teamwork orientation
Open to experience a multicultural environment and travel as required
