Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Supervisor to oversee the operations of our balikbayan box services in a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and box deposit point operators, ensuring the timely delivery of boxes and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of balikbayan box services in a designated region.
Supervise and train customer service representatives and box deposit point operators.
Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, including box delivery times and customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular communication with the head office to ensure operational efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and increase customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Regularly assess operational procedures and recommend improvements for increased efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
