Job Description
We are hiring a
Regional Sales & Distribution Manager
to lead our operations across theGCC region
. The role requires proven expertise inPharmacy, Haircare, Hair Loss, Nutrition, and Supplement products
, with strong experience in managing distributors, pharmacies, and retail networks.Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales & distribution strategy across
UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman
Manage distributor partnerships, pharmacies & key retail accounts Lead and motivate regional sales teams to achieve growth targets Monitor market trends, competitor activities & ensure compliance Collaborate with marketing for campaigns & product launchesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
7-10 years
experience inpharmacy, healthcare, nutrition, or supplement sales
Minimum3-5 years in a GCC regional role
Strong network across pharmacy & distribution channels Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills Willingness to travel extensively across GCCJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
