Founded in 1996 in South Africa and identified in London Stock Exchange\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x981000 Companies to Inspire Britain\xe2\x80\x99, M&S Logistics is a global tank container operator specialising in the intermodal transport of bulk liquids with a fleet size of over 9,000 tank containers. The company\xe2\x80\x99s headquarters is in the UK with offices in the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, the Americas, China, Dubai, Thailand, India, Korea, France and Germany with further office openings planned for next year.
Job Title: Regional Sales Representative Site: Dubai Hours: 40 per week: 8:30 \xe2\x80\x93 17:00
The purpose of this role is:- To maintain and expand the existing customer relationships and building relationships with new customers within the Middle Eastern remit to increase the profitability of the business.
What you will do:-

Identify and pursue any opportunities within the existing or new customer base within the Middle Eastern remit.
Deliver the targets and increase the profits in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s business and regional strategy.
Development of the strategy to increase the profitability and sales within the remit, reviewing and updating this regularly.
Provide regular updates on the effectiveness of the strategy and sales results to the Line Manager.
Maintain the existing customer relationships through visits, calls etc. and develop the relationships with new customers within the remit in line with the strategy.
Have an understanding of the market and customer needs in the remit to design and effectively deliver on the set objectives.
Ensure the highest level of professionalism and courtesy at all times during communications with customers.
Address any customer issues that arise, quickly and efficiently.
Maintaining and updating the database including the client records.
Supporting the Company\xe2\x80\x99s core values and behaviours.

What you will bring:-

IT skills (MS Office package, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook etc.)
5 years experience in shipping logistics
5 years sales experience
Experience of sales and profit management
Entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers within the business
Strong communication skills
Strong business acumen
Can-do attitude
