About Hadrian Hadrian is a business unit of Zurn Elkay Water Solutions and a worldwide supplier of quality toilet partition and locker products. Hadrian was the first manufacturer to powder coat toilet partitions and has continued to embrace new technologies and materials in order to offer architects, designers and end-users more flexibility in design. Hadrian's wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.

POSITION SUMMARY The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for developing an external team of highly productive sales agents and/or a direct team of highly productive sales representatives who are able to meet and exceed revenue targets while promptly and professionally addressing the needs of customers. They are also required for generating and delivering sales and marketing initiatives, revenue growth and client retention strategies for their market territory. The RSM will be the lead for the region's sales and customer support. Collaborating of Sales Agents, Distributors and Customer Experience Representatives to achieve annual sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing a team of 3 sales agents, 1 direct sales rep and 180+ distributors.

Implements and executes a detailed business plan and sales strategy to attain revenue expectations.

Builds, retains and mentors an effective team of external sales agents/direct sales representatives within their territory.

Sets accountability expectations for sales agents/reps including customer expectations and quota achievement. Tracking and follow up on outstanding bids with key distributors.

Drive Specifications in the region through managing the design and bid stages of the construction pipeline. Monitoring tracking sales funnel in CRM.

Provide architectural design expertise and support to distributors, architects and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing and engineering to ensure design feasibility and seamless project execution.

Provide technical support and guidance on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products to distributors, contractors and end-users.

Monitors and reports on competitor activities; makes recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.

Contributes to the overall functioning of the team by maintaining awareness of best practices/emerging issues, both internally and externally, sharing best practices and building effective working relationships across the team and Company.

Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.

Collaborate/mentor the customer experience team within the region using a customer-centric sales approach.

SKILLS

Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer support.

Experience with developing sales strategy, product development plans and pipeline management.

Understanding of the construction industry, familiar with the design, specifying and bidding process.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and industry standards would be an asset.

Strong organizational/time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effective interact with clients, architects, contractors and internal teams.

Problem solving mindset and ability to propose innovative solutions.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM's and strong research skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

5-7 years of progressive experience in sales management, channel management and the construction industry.

Ability to travel 50+% of the time within a defined region.
