As a Regional Sales Manager, you\'ll play a vital role in expanding our presence and impact in Middle East (particularly Gulf region). We\'re seeking a highly motivated individual who can build strong relationships, anticipate customer needs, and deliver exceptional service. With your existing network within the rare disease diagnostic institutions, you\'ll acquire new customers and nurture existing ones to foster lasting partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead the growth of our AI-driven platform in Middle East (particularly Gulf region), providing labs with a tool so patients can get timely and accurate diagnoses.

Align the sales process with the customer\'s buying journey, from initial contact to closing deals.

Engage prospects and customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to cultivate long-term relationships.

Identify key stakeholders within targeted institutions using internet research and databases, while maintaining and updating our CRM.

Prioritize prospects and shift from transactional sales to becoming a strategic partner for our customers.

Communicate with clarity, purpose, and emotion to forge genuine connections with prospects and customers.

Advocate for our customers, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver superior patient solutions.

Manage distributors / local partners

Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the genetic testing industry.

Strong network of potential customers, specifically diagnostic laboratories and hospitals in Middle East (particularly Gulf region).

Willingness to travel regularly to meet customers

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex scientific principles clearly.

Proven track record of providing exceptional service to clients within clinical, clinical research, biotechnology, or medical technology industries.

Fluent in regional language and English as our universal company language.

Based in the Middle East.
