Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Regional Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Middle East to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and implement territory plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the regional sales team.
- Establish good relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts and reports in alignment with business objectives.
- Execute and coordinate all sales-related activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and gain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required, preferably in Pharmacy, life science discipline, or related field. PharmD, PhD, or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience of which 3 years\' experience in a similar role.
- Strong proven record of sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience in managing the Middle East countries is a must.
