About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will focus on identifying opportunities and creating sustainable profitability for Kerry within the food service market with specific focus on our Da Vinci Gourmet brand. This role will cover multiple countries as assigned.

Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s approach to the foodservice market requires a push and pull philosophy with both direct and indirect sales to support the Key accounts and Distribution partners. The successful candidate will lead this activity in their market, working with appointed distributors to drive growth in the independent sector as well as utilising a complete menu management approach with applications and marketing support. We need someone with highly developed influencing and communication skills that can develop and maximize multi-level relationships in key customers to secure long term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted targets while maximising Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s profitability.
• Be Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s food service brands expert in your market and capable of sharing trends and market insight both internally and externally
• Identify and deliver a portfolio of quality growth projects
• Manage and recruit Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s distributor partners across the region
• Work closely with marketing, beverage and culinary teams.
• Ensure the consistency and growth of Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s existing business within the assigned region
• Develop strong, strategic relationships within the customers\xe2\x80\x99 organisation
• Recommend and implement sound, sustainable business pricing decisions
• Learn and proactively apply Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s \xe2\x80\x9cInsight Sales\xe2\x80\x9d methodology
• Uphold utmost compliance to Kerry\xe2\x80\x99s processes, systems and tools

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum 5 years Sales Management experience in the Food Service industry.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience working with Distributors
• Language proficiency in English. Other local languages would be an advantage
• Ability to travel locally and internationally for business
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Basic forecasting

• Ability to build multi-level relationships within a customer
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to think outside the box
