We take a goal-oriented approach and empower our clients to communicate their message effectively through our trendy and viral campaign strategies or innovative and minimal long-term feature campaigns. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager for GCC except KSA. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales revenue and managing a team of sales representatives across GCC except KSA. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, participating in industry events and exhibitions, and delivering regular sales reports to senior management. Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- At least 5 years of experience in sales in GCC, preferably within the advertising industry
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives
- Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
