Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise - Africa is responsible for leading and executing the enterprise sales strategy across Africa. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding BICS' market presence in
CPaaS, Cloud communications, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) IoT, and Travel eSIM
solutions. The position requires a strong leadership approach, a strategic vision for business development, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
The role is in Dubai and requires an on-site presence. An
industry experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise sales professionals to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
Set clear performance goals, conduct regular team reviews, and ensure professional growth and training for the team.
2. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive enterprise adoption of CPaaS, Cloud communications, M2M IoT, and eSIM solutions.
Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closing and revenue realization.
3. Customer Relationship & Key Account Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients integrate BICS' solutions into their business models for maximum value.
4. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Define go-to-market strategies for MEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regional market dynamics.
Conduct market analysis to assess competitive positioning, customer needs, and emerging industry trends.
Identify potential partnerships and alliances to enhance BICS' market reach and capabilities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Growth: Achievement of regional sales targets and YoY growth.
Team Performance: Sales team productivity, deal closure rate, and customer acquisition.
Customer Satisfaction: NPS scores, contract renewals, and long-term enterprise engagement.
Market Penetration: Expansion into new verticals, industries, and geographies within Africa.
Experience
:
10+ years in sales
, business development, or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
