Job Description

Fitness first is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Regional Sales & Retention Manager based out of Kuwait or KSA. The primary function of this role is to drive sales and retention through net membership movements along with training and motivating our current Membership sales and retention team.
Experience & Attributes-
Extensive knowledge in implementing sales and retention strategies.
Effectively manage annual budgets & revenue
Empower team through workshops, trainings, and recruitment support
Drive implementation of membership process on day-to-day basis
Drive loyalty program through club implementation and support
Proven track record of success, must have consistent performance records
Customer service driven & passionate about delivering best experience for our members
Implement sales and lead generation campaigns
Analyze sales data and give recommendations to the management
Self-motivated and proactive
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Should be willing to travel across territories and clubs
Driving license of Kuwait or KSA is preferable
Fitness background is desired
Minimum 3-6 years of experience
