About the Opportunity: Due to our continued growth in the region, Jacobs is hiring a Regional Project Controls Director. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Project Controls function. Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the direction of a central project controls team.
• Oversee the implementation of industry best practice technologies.
• Drive project performance across the regional portfolio.
• Develop and implement the project controls business development plans.
• Conduct executive level presentations to both senior stakeholder as well as key clients on the status of programmes.
• Advise on all aspects of planning, schedule, and project controls according to industry best practice.
• Work with the Sales team as the central point of contact to assess the project control requirements as part of the bid review process to ensure all requirements are adequately addressed.
• Develop staffing plan and execution for projects with regard to the project controls offering.
• Lead and mentor project controls staff for efficient delivery.
• Appraise performance of the team and identify / implement training and development

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need:
You will have;

• A minimum of 20 plus years of experience in the field of Project Controls
• Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent
• Experience working in a leadership capacity
• Experience working on major projects
• Ability to provide technical direction and creative vision to highly skilled teams
• Extensive experience of developing and implementing business systems / software and resources
• Analytical thinking; Able to analyze problems and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication skills in the English language (communicate at all levels).
