As a Payroll Specialist for UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, Israel and Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Delivering Payroll Services according to country regulations and labor law for UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, Israel and Italy
  • Supports employees and supervisors\xe2\x80\x99 questions surrounding compensation, payroll process, etc.
  • Collaborates with payroll provider to report and solve issues related to payroll. Follows support process and procedures for reporting issues and submitting tickets to Payroll provider or appropriate support organization.
  • Documents requirements for change requests and works closely with Payroll provider through implementation to production. Works closely with leadership to determine priorities for the payroll provider, assign responsibilities, and establish timetables to ensure success.
  • Collaborating closely with HR teams for other payroll relevant tasks
  • Staying abreast of laws and regulations and enforcing the processes aligned with these regulations related to payroll and ensuring alignment with Global payroll strategy expectations
  • Analyzing and resolving inquiries from employees as they relate to payroll
  • Maintaining high quality of data in the HR/Payroll systems.
  • Managing reporting tasks for internal and external government systems
  • Identifying opportunities, making process improvement recommendations, and implementing changes
  • Exercises discretion in matters of confidentiality
  • Protects the corporation and assures our values and policies are upheld and complied with, as well as that our processes are implemented as appropriate. Ensures compliance with our Business Conduct Policies and other policies and teaches and acts as an example of uncompromising ethics.
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Working tasks might include:
  • Administering other benefit plans related to payroll
  • Providing time and absence support and resolution
  • Calculating termination package
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Two (2) years of In-depth knowledge of the assigned area of responsibility (theories and practices), typically applied to one or more disciplines such as payroll processing, labor laws of Italy, compensation, staffing, employee relations, etc.
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Language proficiency in Italian
  • Ability to manage multi-countries payroll within the timeline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Language proficiency in Turkish or Hebrew or Arabic
  • Strong proficiency with local payroll legislation for UAE or Saudi Arabia or South Africa or Turkey or Israel
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in Workday and other payroll systems is a plus
  • Regional experience with payroll project or HR process is a plus
  • Payroll vendor management experience is a plus
  • A team player with strong ability to work in a remotely environment.
