Music Concierge Worldwide, the award-winning music consultancy for luxury brands is looking for additional regional music consultants and representatives to work on a freelance basis with its world- class creative teams. In particular we are keen to expand our existing representation in United Arab Emirates, India, Mexico and Greece. You will have a passion for music, and knowledge across multiple genres, including jazz, classical, pop, world music, and all forms of electronic music. You will have good knowledge of local music in your region, with the ability to uncover its hidden musical gems. Through client-facing meetings and briefings you'll gain a sound understanding of our clients' needs. From your consultation and research you'll contribute to inspiring creative concepts that support our clients' business objectives, sourcing and playlisting appropriate music in line with the brief. Note, this relates to the curation of music playlists, rather than composing original material. You'll meet with our clients on a regular basis to ensure the service we are providing is meeting or exceeding their expectations, and assist our response to any changes they require, You'll have an outgoing and personable approach and enjoy building long lasting client relationships. You'll be a team player, but equally comfortable managing your own workload, with multiple projects and deadlines. Key responsibilities:

• Consulting with a wide range of hospitality, F&B and retail brands in your region. Devising briefs and providing music consultancy to key stakeholders in line with their business needs.
• Developing playlist concepts using local and regional music
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and taking responsibility for account management, and our creative work with them
• As part of your consultancy responsibilities, you may be required to attend client meetings, and travel to client sites across your region.

Key attributes:

• A deep and detailed knowledge of music, both contemporary and back-catalogue
• Fluency in one or more languages from your region
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of regional contemporary and traditional culture
• The ability to draw on your knowledge of music to devise and communicate highly creative music concepts tailored to clients' needs
• An instinctive feel for when and where to use different styles and moods of music.
• Supreme confidence in working with software & databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent writing style, and ability to succinctly propose music direction and creative concepts through the written word.
• An understanding of, and affinity with, the brands Music Concierge works with

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a music related role e.g DJ, Curator, Playlister, Producer, A&R,

Music Journalist

• Proven experience of articulating and presenting written and verbal creative or marketing ideas
• Experience of running and developing client relationships preferred
• Experience of working with hospitality, F&B or retail brands is a plus
