Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a personal care brand across the region. This role will oversee strategy, brand positioning and regional campaigns, ensuring consistent execution and growth across multiple markets. The position requires a senior marketer who can work independently, drive commercial impact and influence stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive market share

• Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting for marketing activities

• Oversee campaign execution across digital, trade and consumer channels

• Partner closely with sales and distributors to ensure alignment with commercial priorities

• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities

• Manage agency partnerships for media, creative and activation

• Track performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to leadership

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in marketing within personal care, FMCG or beauty

• Strong regional exposure, ideally across GCC and wider MEA markets

• Proven track record of leading brand development and commercial marketing strategies

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence senior decision makers as well as experience managing direct reports

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive decisions

• Able to thrive in a fast paced and evolving environment
