- Develop and continuously improve standards, programs, tools, training, and work processes relating to SHEQ management of 3rd Party warehouses, and 3rd party contracted manufacturers in compliance with national laws/regulations and Corporate standards/policies;
- Work with business, SCM/Logistics, purchasing, and site teams to drive strategic SHEQ improvement on 3rd Party warehouse, and 3rd party contracted manufacturers, facilitate the implementation of concrete SHE/Q audits plan, and integrate SHE&Q as part of key elements in terms of contractor/supplier selection and performance evaluation.
- Work closely with peers in the SHE & Q teams and support each other to improve the overall SHEQ program, as there are interfaces and overlaps between 3rd Party SHE & Q management, DG, and major SHEQ initiatives. Participate in the SHE & Q compliance audits program
- Management of customers\' & suppliers\' complaints in the Maghreb sub-region (Tunisia & Morocco), Israel, and Pakistan through CCMS & SCMS (Customer/Supplier Management System), and participating in creating improvement programs and if necessary, participating or organizing audits for customers/suppliers.
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ Years related experience
- Practical knowledge on third-party warehousing/toller SHEQ management
