Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate is hiring a Regional Leasing Analyst in Dubai, UAE to support portfolio-level leasing scenario analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics across retail and commercial assets. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely financial insights, dashboards, and decision-support analysis for senior management, working closely with leasing, finance, and mall management teams to optimize revenue and occupancy performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Support preparation of budgets and forecasts across the regional real estate portfolio
Compile actual versus budget and actual versus forecast variance reports
Monitor revenue and occupancy performance and highlight financial impacts to management
Track ongoing leasing and commercial activities and integrate updates into forecasts and dashboards
Analyze commercial decisions related to leasing contracts, revenue impact, occupancy ratios, and KPIs
Prepare business cases, studies, and presentations for deal approvals and senior management review
Conduct deal analysis and variance analysis in line with company procedures
Cleanse, prepare, and upload data into ERP systems to support revenue and occupancy calculations
Monitor retail sales data and flag unusual trends or performance gaps
Track lease expiries, vacancies, and opportunities for portfolio optimization
Maintain leasing activity dashboards in Power BI for monthly management reporting
Identify portfolio trends and deliver actionable insights for revenue optimization and strategic planning
Develop scenario analysis and predictive models related to occupancy and deal performance
Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting in response to management requests
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Two to four years of experience in retail, commercial, financial, or real estate analysis
Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness and business fluency
Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle ad-hoc requests effectively
Excellent written and spoken Business English communication skills
