The Regional Learning & Development Manager is responsible for carrying out the tasks: roles and responsibilities related to Learning and Development strategy ensuring that all people\'s development needs are properly handled, addressed, delegated, and solved in a professional manner according to the Aramex policies and standards.
Responsibilities:
Identify and assess the learning needs of the region through organization performance, job analysis, career paths, and consultation with key business partners and stakeholders.
Develop a yearly learning & development strategy for the region in line with global priorities.
Effectively manage/oversee the Learning & Development budget of the stations in collaboration with the HR leaders.
Organize regular meetings with the stations\' HR leaders to discuss learning updates.
Establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with all internal cross-functional teams and other key business partners ensuring that solutions offered are relevant and in line with the business expectations.
Learn and research different topics for content development.
Lead the Express Academy and develop learning solutions for ground champions.
Ensure all compliance trainings are completed as per requirements and regulations.
Design & develop face-to-face learning programs that address specific business needs.
Develop and design e-learning modules using different authoring tools as per the business requirements and learning strategy.
Drive the LinkedIn learning adoption and usage by developing learning paths and promoting the platform.
Develop a monthly learning calendar in line with the business needs.
Facilitate face-to-face and virtual Aramex University learning programs focusing on the commercial and leadership offer.
Develop and certify facilitators and operational trainers.
Develop the L&D community and promote continuous learning with monthly meetings.
Manage the LMS offering and reporting for the region.
Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.
Continuously learn and implement new digital tools to improve the learner\'s experience.
Evaluate learning programs, materials, assessments, and practices to determine impact and return on expectations.
Apply the corporate training policies and create new policies as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor\'s Degree in HR, education, business, or a related field
