We are currently partnering with a global leader in the healthcare sector to recruit a Regional Head of Finance MEA, based in Dubai. This is a key strategic role responsible for leading all financial operations across the Middle East and Africa, with a strong focus on compliance, governance, and commercial partnership to support business growth, market access, and operational excellence across the region.
What You'll be Doingxe2x80xa6

Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles across MEA, ensuring alignment with both global finance strategy and regional healthcare objectives.
Partner closely with commercial, medical, market access, and supply chain teams to drive profitability, improve margins, and support strategic investments in high-growth markets.
Ensure full compliance with tax, regulatory, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions while aligning with global internal controls and audit processes.
Drive pricing strategy, tender planning, and reimbursement modeling in coordination with market access and public affairs teams to support product availability and market sustainability.
Support business development, new market entry, and partnerships through detailed financial modeling, risk assessments, and integration planning.
Lead and mentor finance teams across MEA, building capability, driving engagement, and fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Provide executive-level financial insights to regional and global leadership, using data and dashboards to support agile and informed decision-making.
Represent the MEA region in global finance forums, contributing to finance transformation, digital finance initiatives, and operational improvement programs.

Who You Arexe2x80xa6

A qualified finance professional (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA) with 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including time in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Regional experience in MEA markets is essential, with a proven track record of working across complex, highly regulated environments.
Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with non-finance functions including commercial, medical, and access.
Deep understanding of pricing, market access, and public sector tender processes within healthcare.
Experienced in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools with a data-driven approach to business planning.
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels across a matrix organization.
